CANCELLATION POLICY
• We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your order or in some rarest cases orders can be hold or cancelled at our end also.
• Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth process.
A. Order Cancellation – Customer End
1. Before Order Dispatch
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier.
• Customer has option to cancel your entire order or specific items of the order as per time limits.
2. After Order Dispatch
•Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
•You may still initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Refund and
Return Policy.
3. Cancellation Charges
•Cancellations made within the stipulated time frame will not incur any charges.
•For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
B. Order Cancellation – Company End
• We reserve the right to put an order on hold or even cancel any order for various reasons like fraudulent or malicious orders, stock issues, errors or inaccuracies in product pricing or information etc, without liability.
• In case any cancellation occurs, it will be promptly notified to customer.
• If any payment is charged for such order, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
C. Subscription Cancellations
• Subscription orders can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds for prepaid subscriptions will be processed for unused months only, excluding any promotional offers.
