Return & Refund Policy

At Ayushri Herbaceuticals, we strive hard to ensure expectation & satisfaction of our esteemed consumers/customers related to products & support. But to give a complete peace of mind while buying our products at herboteen.com, we have devised a consumer friendly policy to return/refund the products eligible/qualifying for the same.

Please review the policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

If you happen to receive a damaged product, we will either refund the money or replace the product, depending on your preference subject to the condition, your query with in stipulated time period is eligible for same.

A. Eligible Returns/Refunds
Unused and Sealed Products Only – Products are eligible for a return if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products Delivered – Physical Damage/Tempered Product or Packaging/Opened Product.
Incorrect/Wrong Product Delivered
Expired product Delivered
Incomplete Order Delivered

B. Ineligible Returns/Refunds
Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns beyond the 7 days of from delivery date will not be eligible.

Important Notes –
The customers are requested not to accept the parcel if the outer box is tampered/damaged.
It is suggested to please be cautious while receiving your order. For added security, consider making an unboxing video upon delivery.
Please ensure that when you receive an item that you take reasonable care of it when trying it or inspecting it. Please, ensure that the tags, boxes and other packaging remains intact.
Factors such as flavors like/dislike would not be applicable for return. (For that it is advised to opt for trial pack first)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at earliest but not later than 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

C. Process For Return And Refunds

1. Initiating A Return
Contact our customer support team at 9911250404 / support@herboteen.com, with your order details, proof of purchase, and reason for return at earliest preferably within 2 days but not later than 7 days of the order delivery. We would require 48-72 hours to revert.
Be sure to attach video/photos of the product if the issue involves damage, defects, or incorrect items.

2.Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup at your convenience or provide instructions for shipping the product back to us, within a period 4 – 7 business days of receiving your request. Once we receive the products back, we will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
In case the returned product is found ineligible for return, we will send the product back to you.
For damaged or defective products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please do note that if it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full eligible amount.

3. Refund Processing
In case of a prepaid order, you will receive the refund in your payment method within 7- 10 business days from the date of approval of refund.
In case of a Cash on Delivery order, we will take the bank account details from you where you’d like us to send you the refund amount. Immediately after we process your refund request, you will receive the refund amount in this bank account within 7- 10 business days from the date of approval of refund.
For all approved returns, we will refund the full product price. However, shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product sent).

D. Exceptions And Notes

1. Non Refundable Items
Promotional items, free samples, or items purchased during a clearance sale are noteligible for refunds or returns.

2. Subscription Products
For subscription orders, refunds and cancellations will be processed as per the subscription terms.

3. Customer Responsibility
Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details.

4. Discount/promotional vouchers are meant for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you have cancelled the order.

5. If you have redeemed loyalty points for making payment of an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation of the said order.
