Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.
 
B. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Standard Delivery: 3 – 8 business days
Expedited Delivery: 2 – 4 business days (additional charges apply)

2. International Shipping
Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7–15 business days.

 
C. Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges may vary based on the product ordered, packaging size and other considerations. This amount will be charged to your total bill at the time of placing your order with us on the Website. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and you will be informed of the same before making payment of the order placed.
Please note that Ayushri Herbaceuticals does not charge any separate shipping charges in addition to the invoice amount shown at the time of placing the order.

       

D. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with containing the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.
Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can track your order by logging into the “My Account” section of our Website by using the username and password created at the time of your registration, and then clicking on the “Your Orders” tab to view your order details.

E. Delivery Issues

1.Delayed Delivery

2. Undelivered Packages
For undelivered or lost packages, please report the issue within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
3. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
